If you need to contact us about a domain on the ITRANSACT Nominet registrar tag, then please email abuse@itransact.co.uk. This includes any communications relating to abuse complaints about emails from such a domain.

 

You can expect to receive acknowledgement of any communication with us within two working days of your message.

 

You can expect issues to be resolved within two working days of our acknowledgement, although urgent issues will, of course, receive urgent attention.

 

If you have purchased a domain through us, then our Terms and Conditions (which will have been emailed to you) contain information relating to Service Level Agreements.

 

Should you wish to make a complaint relating to a domain you purchased through iTransact, please contact us using the details above. We will respond within two working days and do our best to resolve the issue within two working days of our acknowledgement.

 

Should you find that our response is inadequate, you may escalate the complaint by making a formal complaint to Nominet (the .uk registry) here.
